Hello, my name is Chris Pikul and I'm a Software Engineer from the San Francisco Bay Area in California.
I have a passion for creating things, and that doesn't stop at coding, although that is my primary focus. My primary languages are: TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, Go, and C++; but I have dabbled in plenty of others (gotta get back into Rust, for one). The technologies I use the most are React, ReactNative, NodeJS, CSS4, Go, and Unreal Engine 5. Outside of software development I also enjoy Game Development, Audio Production, and starting to learn Electronic Engineering.
As of 2018 I've been the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Maple, a start-up located in Istanbul, Turkiye providing a B2B platform of business technology solutions currently focused on retail operations.
Is a bit of a portfolio, as well as a kind-of blogging location for my thoughts and interests. I designed and built this myself using Astro.
